Return & Refund Policy
At Page Four, we strive to deliver high-quality products and exceptional customer service. However, we understand that sometimes minds change, or returns may be necessary. Below are the details for returns and refunds.
Returns:
- Tracked Orders: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
- Untracked Orders: For orders sent without tracking (to allow for free shipping), returns are allowed up to 45 days after the order placement.
To initiate a return, please contact us at pagefourstationery@gmail.com. Be sure to include "RETURN" and your Order Number in the subject of your email.
If your return inquiry is due to a defective product, please include images of the defective item for faster processing.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
- Reading Journals cannot be returned if they have been used or have any writing added.
- You will be advised if a physical return is necessary. Items that are deemed damaged may not require a return, but this will be determined at the discretion of Page Four.
- If a return is necessary, instructions will be sent on how and where to send your package. Please do not send any items back without first requesting a return, as they will not be accepted.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed based on your preference, either via the original payment method or as store credit.
- If the item is returned, you will be notified once the return is received, and the refund will be processed in your chosen method.
- If a return is not required, the refund will be processed directly in the chosen method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exclusions:
"Oopsie" products are final sale due to the nature of the products. All Oopsie products are not eligible for returns.
Lost Product (Untracked):
To allow free shipping on smaller items such as bookmarks and stickers, some orders are not tracked and are sent via regular letter mail. A shipping time is provided according to our Shipping Policy.
If your item is not delivered within 5 business days of the estimated delivery time, please contact us at pagefourstationery@gmail.com.
Lost Product (Tracked):
If there are concerns about delivery, please reach out to the shipping courier first to inquire about the status of your shipment. If issues persist or if you need further assistance, please feel free to contact us at pagefourstationery@gmail.com.
